Grom was said to be co-developed with Saudi. I'm curious however if it ever enter service domestically and in considerable number. It offers Ukraine with Iskander/Tender like ability to strike standoff distance target.

If enough number can be provided the Sevastopol S-300 site can be saturated, it may also have enough range to strike Crimean bridge, cutting Crimea from Russian mainland.

But that's not all. Black Sea Fleet also has 3x Admiral Grigorovich class frigates with 24x VLS each and 8x point defense missiles. They also have Kalibrs to shoot back with.

Many pages ago a member posted a video of Ukrainians stealing Russians with tractors, no, that's not true.

In fact that was a Russian Z tractor!

Russia is using more civilian vehicles like this dump truck.

This would seem to indicate that the Russians received vehicle damage but not as many driver casualties.

@Bellum_Romanum Check this article. Chinese intelligence most probably picked up the significant troop presence but I think its on the analysis stahe of that intel is where we had an issue
The Chinese didn’t have to believe the American intelligence, but they certainly had their own satellites to show the troop movements along the Ukraine border. What most likely went wrong is that the Chinese assessment of Russian intentions was based on China’s own military philosophy. For Beijing, “winning without fighting” is the ultimate art of war. According to Sun Tzu’s teachings, the best military operations ranked are: undermining the enemy’s plans, then diplomacy, then defeating the enemy on the battlefield (上兵伐谋，其次伐交，其次伐兵，其下攻城). An invasion to take over territory is the least desirable.

For China, the positioning of Russian troops already had Ukraine cornered, and the natural next step would be to bargain from a position of strength. It is simply inexplicable for the Chinese that Russia would launch a full invasion in Ukraine when it already had the upper hand.

This is exactly what China want people to believe in. By acting dumb President Xi has saved himself diplomatically. He can say, even if I and Putin are buddies, he did not tell me anything about this. See I have to save Chinese people in Ukraine after the first shot.

Imagine if President Xi was the first to make noise to save Chinese nationals in Ukraine, this immediately implies China knows what Putin gonna do and indirectly imply Xi is complicit. This a calculated move, and obviously President Xi advisers are working hard for this cover President Xi ass first diplomatic move.
