1. If you're going to commit to an operation, commit everything and give it a 200% effort. Spare no use of strategic and tactical munitions, as they'll only prevent pain and frustration down the road.
2. Drones have been severely underutilized.
3. Don't send in your under-equipped and less-experienced units in the first wave.
4. Russia failed to paralyze Ukraine's command & control capabilities.
5. Total air superiority must be achieved within the first few hours/days of combat. We have not seen that.

and, most importantly...

6. Make use of ATGMs and do not underestimate the effect that enemy ATGMs can have on your armor.

Probably sufficient warplanes to make constant sorties + munitions capacity because I swear Russian air power is no where to be seen after the first couple days.
