You are literally advocating war crimes here. Attacking critical civilian infrastructure is a war crime.

And by the way, this isn't the 1940s where you can build an fighter aircraft in a week and ship it off to the front lines. All you need to cripple a modern military is to destroy the existing military, in detail. If you do that, it would take half a century for them to rebuild it.

So you are asking people to be saint. So 1.4 billion people need to act, speak and behave flawlessly. Self-righteousness and narrow-mindedly moralistic is a sickness. When people think and feel that they know what is the best, they would become critical of others and judge other people severely. Holier-than-thou attitudes are what bought down the Ming Dynasty.
