They were doing that before, now it's official.

Most of the unexpected successes by Ukraine is due to ISR sharing.
They already get minutes or even an hour's warning of any plane/helicopter movement from Russia.
Also helps targeting sloppy Russian rear forces who are advancing too quickly.
the helicopters and planes are just across the border. they can hear and see right way from takeoff. it is not some deep strike with stealthy precision guided missiles.
Even Syrian rebels manage to send drones to Russian airbase but Ukrainian cannot use any drones small or big. few in accurate tochka strikes.

If the IL-76 shootdowns are fake, higher chance the paratroopers are fake too.
Easily destroyed because they don't exist.
The fake news flood is harmful to Russia because it boosts enemy morale while lowering that of Russia's. The inability of Russia to disable enemy infrastructure is allowing foreign forces to supply the enemy. Although this does not decisively change the course of the war, Russia is paying a higher price than necessary.

Russia is paying a higher price for its incompetence on the information/cyberspace war domain. That they still let Ukraine have access to the internet is testament to their incompetence

Ukranian people's morale has now (understandably) become very high

Don't trust Ukraine's capability with their soviet-era equipment.
Look at what the West has deployed along Ukraine's borders. The information they can get is magnitudes more useful than whatever Ukraine can get by themselves.

how would they go about doing that? They can't target the fiber lines between Ukraine and Poland/Hungary very easily. At most they can deploy EW planes to jam cell phone signals.

Its very obvious that NATO had been (covertly) providing them with vital info on Russian military movements.

How were they able to know so well Russian helicopter/plane movements if that wasn't the case.. its not like Ukraine has world class capabilities to monitor its airpace and ground movements of Russian troops

where are Russian AWACs and EW planes? They need to be jamming enemy comms.

Its the lack of EW that's puzzling. Just some hours before, there were people livestreaming from open fields and touring different places (on occupied Russian places)...
