Partly true, but nowadays everyone has a phone and things quickly find their way onto the internet. There was a lot of drone footage in that conflict which is lacking here.

lol i did not ignore this. and this is not what i am suggesting its what is happening in ground now. i am merely explaining it to people who doesn't understand why would Ukraine gov and population might have a total war mentality.(not all population but a decent chunk). I also did not forget that most of the population in Ukraine did not ask for any of this whether they wanted a friendlier government toward Russia. ( by the way Ukraine offer to pass a referendum in their constitution to remain neutral in NATO but Putin refuse, this was before the war began.) also another reason why this total war mentality is in Ukraine is that u just don't know what Putin want in Ukraine in term of government. will they set up a puppet leader or absurd Ukraine into Russia? their is a difference. (furthermore invading a country and not expecting a total war mentality from them is a miscalculation. something that i believe Russia did but its changing.)

The movement of said systems is irrelevant when you consider that in this instance Russia, operates and deploys several nuclear ballistic submarines at any given time; this is for show, although there may be some merit to their movement there is no adherent tactical advantage when TEL(s) main purpose is to launch their missiles at mobile launch sites deep within the Russian wilderness.
no idea if this is sarcasm, that's like saying western europe is incompetent since it took them so long to take kosovo which i dont think serbs are better armed than Ukrainians AFAIK.
