lol, this is how I see some posters here :D I stopped watching after he mentioned two far-right political parties that 'US allowed to give the power to' after 2014. Here are the numbers of representatives in Ukrainian parliament (there are 450 representatives currently):
  • Svoboda: 1 (they peaked in 2012 with 37!)
  • Right Sector: 0 (they had a whole 1 in 2014 elections)
Of course those numbers should be at 0 but they are always in opposition to the ruling parties.
This video is worth as many kopek as how many representatives the Right Sector has in Ukrainian parliament - 0.
Are you avare of that the current members of Svoboda and the Right Sector standed behind the representatives with guns in 2014 to make sure they pressing the right buttons ?

It is not a dilema.

Putin will start to do the same that happened with Ukraine in Cuba, and afterwards just mirror the actions of USA.

Russia has limited means to enforce a blockade against Ukraine, remember the failure of the Berlin Blockade?

full invasion is not good option. Ukrainians are good fighters, maybe better than the Taliban. even Stalin could not pacify western Ukraine. Putin must think through what he really wants.

I don't understand why many people are worried about a Russian invasion. Crimeans willing succeed and the US is the only country in modern times to invade another country, they invaded Iraq by force and killed the leader and have done so in Syria, Lybia,.... .

After reading the whole thread, I’ve come to an conclusion : either it’s me or the majority of nato countries, are retarded.
It seems that the collected NATO countries with maybe the exceptions of some have developed a collective AMNESIA that Russia holds the largest nuclear weapons stockpiles in the world. That's one of the primary reasons why the U.S. and Soviet Russia were able to limit their conflict from becoming a full scale war.

The notion that countries like Russia or China aren't allowed to have their own respective RED LINES and that U.S. led alliance can and will cross those lines because they feel like it means that these countries have forgotten the misery of war. They can only be these callous since most of the tragedies of combat were inflicted upon the so called terrorists and countries far removed from the daily lives of these western countries people.

The overconfidence and hubris of the west led by the U.S. are what's going to bring the world into chaos. The false bravado and assumptions that Russia and China aren't going to be able to beat them in any meaningful way militarily is actually pretty scary. The gross underestimating of their perceived enemies resolved and will are going to be the undoing of the west. A lesson that no military technology can overcome. They should have learned this lesson in the Korean War, Vietnam War, Iraq War Phase IV, Afghanistan War. And those wars were fought with forces that were severely constrained forces in terms of mil tech, logistics constraints, air, land, sea, and space.

I used to respect the presenter, Jive Turkey AKA Aaron:

Experts Offer Counter to Putin's Invasion of Ukraine:

1) Occupy Kaliningrad
2) Cyber-Shutdown Military Targets in St. Petersburg,
3) Deploy anti-ship and anti-armor missiles,
4) Increase medium-range missile batteries in Poland,
5) Close the Bosporus Strait to Russian flagged ships.

His conclusion => Speak to Putin in a way he understands.

IMHO; A physical attack on Russian territory by US regime forces / US vassal state forces = World War III

How can a nation (i.e. the US) get hijacked by a group of imperialist/militaristic thugs (i.e.neocons and neolibs), brainwash its population into believing blatant lies and get people to really want open war with Russia, China and any other nation that does not bend the knee to the criminal US neocon/neolib regime? Far-right extremism / neo-fascism /supremacism has taken a firm root in the US.

I do not consider this to be a hyperbole anymore: 2022 Neocon/Neolib US = 1938/1939 Nazi Germany - open plans for genocide

Hermann Göring said it best:

"Naturally, the common people don't want war ... but after all it is the leaders of a country who determine the policy, and it is always a simple matter to drag the people along, whether it is a democracy, or a fascist dictatorship, or a parliament, or a communist dictatorship. Voice or no voice, the people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. That is easy. All you have to do is to tell them they are being attacked, and denounce the pacifists for lack of patriotism and exposing the country to danger. It works the same in every country."

Excluding the russophobic nutjob vassal states, I wonder if other US vassal states will continue to support US aggression in Europe, the Middle East, Asia and around the world if this neo-fascist regime unleashes World War III.

Imagine if Mexico fell under the direct military control of China. We would see that as a threat. There would be no reason for that. That’s how Russia views NATO control of Ukraine and why wouldn’t they?
Great argument.

Unfortunately US sits right next to the Russian Federation on the map. There's like 3-4 km gap in one place and one can easily see Russia from US soil and vice versa.

That's exactly how I view US mainstream and the reason why people around the world laugh how sound Americans are in geography.

Exaclty.

Very hard to conduct blockade against air bridge, and now Russia has the option to send supplies /weapons by air to Cuba/Venezuela.

How you got to this conclusion about the Ukrainans ?

Do you think that the Ukrainans wants to die for the Oligarch and for the USA ?

It is not they wars. They would end up better as a part of Russia than anyting that they can hope.

This is the reason why Russia doesn't want to annex even Donbas.

And anyway, if they conduct military action against Ukraine then that will be an USA style war, with SEAD and lot of bombing against infrastructure.

Like as did in Germany/ Syria/Serbia, bombing junctions, transformer stations and power plants, drinking water distribution plants and so on.

What do you think, how much time it needs for Ukraine to agree with any condicion of Russia after a full destruction of electrical distribution network ?

So , interesting news from Ukriane : D

Ukraine's President Admits 'Russian Invasion' Fears Driven By "Big Hype", Blames Media

He gave a speech Wednesday toward that end, bluntly calling the current Russia-Ukraine standoff driven by "hype" while urging calm among the Ukrainian citizenry. "The risks have not just existed for a day, and they have not become bigger. The only thing that has become bigger is the hype around them," Zelensky

....

Naturally this unleashed a degree of unnecessary panic, with suggestions that grocery store shelves were being emptied and a rush to withdraw
