Rather modern country that couldn't even reach Soviet level of development in many areas. Even Indians have internet, so what? Russians have delivered better quality of life to Crimeans.

The video shows a Mig-29 shooting down a Su-27 family type aircraft. I guess we'll hear more about this soon enough. Those were some impressive observation skills by the phone camera man.
