The head of Odessa Regional Defense(s) and Ukrainian presidential adviser Oleksiy Arestovych claimed that the Moskva was hit and struck with Neptune missile systems.
Ukrainian forces have not been trained to use British systems yet.
Or the storm.. but will such cause fire that can lead to detonation ?

It sim that the news of the 2 Neptune Anti-Ship Missile hits was tru but it could have been worse it cold have been the most heroic Anti-tank unit in the world .I mean the glorious Ukrainian Farmer Brigade
Ukraine has had British anti-ship missiles for some time now. If you watch the leaked video with the British defence minister he claims anti-ship platforms have already been sent and more are coming.
Claiming it's a Nepture missile (which exists on paper only just many Russian prototypes) is just a way for the west to avoid responsibility.
I don't know what they are afraid of, they should just come out and admit it. Clearly there are no consquences to killing Russians.

There was an increase of NATO drone coverage yesterday in the Black Sea; it isn’t unlikely that they could have located the Moskva for Ukrainian Forces.
I would say that it most likely was a missile strike; a stand-alone critical ammunition explosion would be unlikely to occur and wouldn’t warrant a full abandonment of the vessel, given modern protections and compartmentalization.
The ship is armed with CIWS systems although these are older systems which rely on the ships fire control radar to provide targeting data which would be impaired in the event of a storm; or the CIWS system absentmindedly could have been put into standby mode and remained un-engaged not to dissimilar to the USS Stark during the Iran-Iraq war.
Forget the vehicles. The switchblades are going to wreck havoc. Especially if they are the anti-armour variant..
