Have you seen Russia invading NATO countries? I haven't. Looking at their military performance it's clear they can't do it even if they wanted. Russians wanted less NATO and it seems they got more of it... clearly Putin isn't as good in this 4D chess as you think he is.
Not sure what the point of invading NATO countries would be when Russia ceases sending grains or gas/oil to those regions. Let the population of Europe take care of itself. The longer Russia is in Ukraine, the longer that Ukraines resources cannot be used to help Europe so really, Russia isn’t an unstoppable Juggernaut but really, so is the rest of Europe and the USA with the amount dithering they have been doing with the weapon sending and sanctions and what not. If NATO/USA is as strong as people may think they are, why didn’t they storm Ukraine and save the Nazis right now. Clearly the European Union/USA are led by idiots and gutless cowards that refuse to unite against a common foe if their rhetoric matches their so called will. Clearly Europe/USA has better things to worry about but no, send all the weapons to Ukraine while leaving there own countries short of equipment. Either way, maybe Putin made mistakes, but it is nothing compared to the monumental amount of errors made by the collective west right now

I suspect it is more pussyfooting by the Russians. They know many Nazis are in the industrial complexes, why aren't they raining down FAB-3000s on them 24/7?
Probably want to keep it intact as much as possible, Mariupol is part of Novorossiya after all, so the less damage to industries, buildings and infrastructure, the less is the cost for post-war reconstruction.

Also, Russians cannot open another front... they don't have men nor equipment to do that because they basically emptied all their garrisons near Finland and send all that into Ukraine (many won't return). Hot air coming from Moscow.
I wonder why fighting hasn't flared up again in other places where Russia has crushed uprisings in the recent past.

The troop contingents that entered Ukraine were drawn together from all over Russia for over a year. In other words, the military presence was weakened in all other areas. And this weakening will continue for a year beyond the end of the Ukraine campaign.

Well, if Russia ceases sending gas/oil to it's largest customer, then there goes 45% of Russian federal budget revenue which comes from oil/gas. Russia will be hurt too, far more than any sanctions to date.

Well that’s why Russia is going to have to expand into other markets rather then selling to Europe in the future then. Especially if they continue to pay in a currency that is untrustworthy as the USA has already shown. Of course everyone will be hurt, but in this situation, Russia will certainly hurt in themselves in the pocket but will eventually bounce back as they find new markets, Europe however will not be able to bounce back quite as well because of their sheer reliance on the grains and gas, both of which may be cut off depending on the situation and they fact that well what does Russia have to gain in trading with neighbors that complete hate them anyway.
