They can develop military grade quadcopters which have zoom and thermal. That be sick.
I think military grade is clearly arround the corner for sure. I have commercial night vision camera for my small rc plane for night flying. Quadcopter Drone with metalstorm stacked bullet gun or grenade launcher would be interesting. If you had night vision, it could be nice for city mop-up, being able to peek in windows of big building and emptying rooms...

I think it was possible that the Pentagon was expecting them to pound the cities into rubble and then storm it.

Then the Russians camped far outside and only pounded the outskirts instead.
All of this in 72 hours? Unless Ukraine sat down and waved the white flag, this is beyond the realm of possibility

Admiral Grigorovich frigates were basically cancelled because they used Ukrainian gas turbines. Admiral Gorshkov frigates have been delayed like heck partly because they had to replace the Ukrainian gas turbines they used, and partly because it took forever to fix issues with the AESA radar and new battle management system. Maybe. Just maybe they solved those problems.
There is no indication Lider would be more of a disaster than the Admiral Gorshkov program was. They already have nuclear propulsion available.

I think the Slavas will only be removed from service after either the Project 22350M or Lider become available.
The PAK-DA prototype should be under construction right now and will be necessary as a replacement for older aircraft.
If they had the PAK-DA available on this war they wouldn't have needed to spend as much money on stealth cruise missiles.
They will have the Su-75 so they won't need the J-35.
The T-14 should have entered mass production late last year.
but basically, at what cost? if Gorshkov was a disaster with their mini-AESAs imagine the issues they'll have with Lider. Nuclear is more expensive, not less. Kirovs were already so expensive that they scrapped all but 1 while allowing their conventional Slavas to keep serving despite being older.

PAK-DA is great, if they have the munitions for it. But they're still dropping dumb bombs with Su-34s. If they have PAK-DA and are still just dropping dumb bombs with it, what's the point? They'll still have to fly low into MANPAD range and losing a PAK-DA is much more devastating than losing a Su-34 or Su-25.

Basically this conflict has taught us that Russia has to get its procurement priorities in the right place. It doesn't have China's budget yet it is trying to match China in every new project category.

Wait did they take a tractor with them? So 3 vehicles captured in total?
They most likely used one there to recover the vehicle; or it could have already been abandoned near the vehicle by Russian forces attempting to get their own vehicle unstuck; I do feel like that image is a bit sketchy and I’m skeptical of it, however I do believe they launched a small boat operation and most likely “captured” already abandoned equipment. It is an interesting development non the less; seeing that a small boat operation is what they are devoting resources to of all things.
