The Russians have more night fighting equipment than the Ukrainians do. And if they needed more to rapidly equip the bulk of their forces you can get commercial Chinese gear in the open market which is good enough.
Not enough of them in use by NATO countries. And they will all be downgraded export variants worse than Soviet Union grade equipment Ukraine had. As for "long range" anti-air missiles that NATO can send to Ukraine. Most NATO ground based air defenses are shit.
