Former Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych in an interview with Sputnik:

an initiative group of businessmen, scientists, religious figures, journalists developed a plan for the implementation of the Minsk agreements, which were to be signed by the President of Ukraine and the authorised representative of Donbass, while the United States and Russia would become guarantors, but in 7 years, because of Ukraine and the United States, it hasn't been approved

Zelensky promised Ukraine during the elections that he would end the military conflict in eastern Ukraine, voters believed him, but he deceived them
(I highlighted this one because occasionally I read some netizens posted in the twitter that Zelenskyy won the presidency with 70% votes -- I didn't follow in the past so I dunno the truth but as a popular comedian plus if he deceived the voters in the Eastern Ukraine with some false promise for peace then I could see why he won big in the past)

Yanukovych said that he offered Zelensky a settlement plan aimed for a peace agreement between Ukraine and Donbass, the creation of an international fund for the restoration of Donbass, the reintegration of Donbass into Ukraine - the plan was refused

Both the residents of Donbass and the majority of voters in Ukraine had high hopes for Zelensky, but the conflict hasn't been solved, so the people said: "When Poroshenko came, it appeared to be not sweet, while when Zelensky came - it appeared to be not funny" (Sputnik: Poroshenko was a candy tycoon when elected and Zelensky was a comedian)

There's still a chance to stop the tragedy in Ukraine

It is very arrogant attitude of the empire to demand China toe in to their line when they transgress china red line all the time without any consideration. Who they think they are god? China should just disregard all this whining and continue to support Russia clandestine or otherwise

Any idea what he is saying?

Russian Orlan-10 UAV crashed 80km into Romania after reportedly running out of fuel; this comes after another Russian drone of an unspecified make had crashed in Croatia two days prior reportedly carrying munitions.

It is unknown why the Orlan-10 had been loitering in Romania however it could be due to a lack of telemetry with the operator resulting in a loss of control due to electronic countermeasures from the Ukrainian side or simply due to the UAV flying out of its maximum effective range.

It would appear that more people died on the strike than what the Western Media / Ukraine is saying

Don't look like Russia would just withdraw its troops. It is a long term arrangement by installing a pro-Russia government.

if 18 hours of endurance is to be believed. This drone have range of 1725 km. It can be from any front in Ukraine.
