Just listened to Rupert (?) Wingfield-Hayes ( I thought he was in Tokyo, or was it another Wingfield-Hayes ? ) in the 1300 h BBC Radio 4 news program reporting from East of Mariupol saying that the people in the town are thinking the war is pushed by Kiev. He was at a checkpoint and said the opposition was 15 km away.
