Wow a true heavy lifter of the Seas

with the well deck it should be able to take 2 x Type 726 LCAC

also it has EMALS which can launch UCAVS

this means this warship is air centric and also serves the amphibious forces well

this warship is more versatile than a flat bed Carrier in that it can perform many different types of roles not just Blue Water missions

it can also do Littoral missions without risking a full aircraft so close to enemy shores

it will be a great addition to the rest of the warships in the ARG

Type 071 LPD the landing party and heavy land materials
Type 075 LHD rotary wring carrying marines to outflank enemy on the islands
Type 076 LHA to provide fixed wing support using UCAVS

and they can pretty much mix everything together like simultaneously launch 8 x Type 726 LCAC together between 3 warships and scores of helicopters

I'm curious, what is the delineation between province names used for the massive fleet carriers vs smaller carriers such as this one?
There is no difference between proper carriers and LHA or cruisers or battleships (probably never in PLAN). All these ships are classified as major combatants and they all take names of province level administrative areas (34 for now). They all take two digits.

Although purely speculative right now, China may look to field 6-10 (if not more) supercarriers in the coming decades. Surely they will run out of provinces to use as supercarrier names if they are using them for LHDs as well? I would have thought the smaller ships would use township names rather than province names, given how the latter are the "highest-level" administrative division in China.

CV starts from 16 and continue to 29 or 30, that is 14 or 15, more than ever needed considerring even USN has less than that. If we take 12 CVs, then there are 24 lefts all for LHAs because China will not use cruiser and battleship classifications. So no short of names.
