Unlikely. There aren't any postings on the 076 LHD being "launched today" by pretty much every notable/reliable PLA military watchers on Weibo.

And given the equipment to be used for a ship-launching ceremony we've seen so far - A launch during nighttime (i.e. similar to the first 054B FFG) is quite unlikely.

The 054-mod cutter built right in front of the 076 LHD (green arrow) already has flags planted all around the ship.

Alongside the launch ceremony confetti ball(?), looks like all three warships inside the drydock will be launched simultaneously within the next few days, if not by tomorrow.
