I'm becoming more and more convinced that Kaan's indigenous engine is situated between the TF6000 and TF10000 with regards to its development. E.g. it is actually produced and assembled but not yet ignited. The engine is developing faster than we think. And we might have already seen the first real pic of the thing.

I hope we'll hear more about it at Saha Expo. If not, then perhaps the President himself will say something about it at the delivery of the 3 Gokbeys on the 29th of October.

- At IDEF '23 Mahmut Aksit apparently said they were producing the molds for the parts of the engine.

- In December '23 Mesut Casin said that parts of the engine are being produced.

- In January this year Mete Yarar confirmed that parts of the engine are being produced and mentioned the engine having 38000 lbf of thrust

- At Teknofest this month Mahmut Aksit spoke very optimistically about the engine and said we won't have to wait for long to see the engine

- On the 14th of October Eray Gucluer said that the engine is about to be integrated in the Kaan to see whether it fits and mentioned the figure of 39000lbf of thrust. On that same day we see an unidentified (I tried to compare it to the F110 and F404 but they don't resemble) engine with covers behind the Kaan P0 pictured at the visit of the Saudi Air Force chief on the SSB directors' twitterpage.

Well, I can only wish this being true.

I have close to no information regarding TEİ projects

Same here.

I only base my findings on open sources. Even if I had some info that is not to be released I wouldn't use it in my assement.

The way Mahmut Aksit recently spoke about the engine and then the information released by Gucluer ( "very soon, very soon") is enough for me.

I bet before the end of the year we'll know more about it.

Though indeed I can't match the engine with F-110. Maybe it is without the piping?

Can't seem to find that fully circular piping (?) close to the orange cover. On F-110 it ends halfway to the bottom of the engine

I doubt they do such engine maintenance in the Kaan hangar though.
