Second one doesn't exactly look like Bora/Khan, can't spot the fins?

It's because of the launch angle, the low FPS of the camera and the fast acceleration of the missile that makes the fins blurry. The next shot shows the launcher too from the left-aft side of the MAN TEL. Only the left launch space has a canister, the right one is left empty.
And the missile itself looks like a BORA with a slight chance of it being a containerized J-600T, looking at the yellow marks on the body.
A 1.35m diameter sounding rocket is evidently NOT it.
I just calculated the diameter of the CENK missile using the footage below and I came out at 129cm. Close enough for me to conclude that it has the same diameter (135cm) of the Sonda rocket to be launched this year. The canister width comes in at ~190cm. Cenk is going to be a MRBM with a range closer to 2000km than 1000km for sure.
