Starting from last November, Aksungur production rate has been raised to 1 per month. From May next year, two Aksungurs will be produced per month.

Aksungur will be especially useful for ASW thanks to its endurance. Outside of that, I think Baykar got the "high payload high endurance UAV" concept right with the Akinci. The Akinci is simply a lot more versatile aircraft and can actually replace F-16s in most air-to-ground operations in Northern Iraq and Syria. In fact, since we can replace losses on our own and it is cheaper, it is a better choice in many cases. I expect most of the TurAF's orders to be Akinci aircraft rather than the Aksungur, just like what's going on right now. Aksungur is basically a bigger Anka.
Ever since the 2018 Paris Airshow and Turkey's expulsion from the F-35 program; it has been said by officials over and over that the mock-up has almost no resemblence to the real aircraft itself. Furthermore, in the 2020 Airforce presentation we saw the real design for the first time, but (I'm not trying to slander you or anything) many outsiders who don't follow the development at all including yourself have said that it is not representative of the real aircraft and compared the situation to the Indians and their mock-ups.
Anyway, the reasons for the design change have already been discussed many times till date and I believe you can find them on the pages between 180 and 190s (?)
AFAIK, the MMU was supposed to be an air-to-air focused aircraft. I think the requirements for stealth, range, and payload went up drastically after we got expulsed. We may very well end up with an aircraft that is heavier than the J-20 and F-22. 65,000 lbf is a lot of thrust after all.
