No, that's not it. That was the statement of the head of TEI which is offering to design and produce the engine 100% in house without any foreign help, and although it wouldn't be easy, I think they can pull it off.
big statement if true.

despite all technological advancement in precision manufacturing and materials, Japan couldn't design/produce 35,000 lbs thrust engine. you seriously think, Turkey can pull this off. i think overall design and low pressure parts will be made in Turkey and high pressure components will easily be import from western firms.

In Turkey, they showed the assembly of the first prototype of the fifth generation fighter TF-X. The assembly of the prototype is scheduled to be completed on March 18, 2023. Earlier, the model of the aircraft was demonstrated at the 53rd Paris Aviation and Space Salon in Le Bourget. The new aircraft is intended for deliveries to the Turkish Armed Forces and should replace the American F-16. The length of the aircraft will be 21 meters, the wingspan will be 14 meters. The TFX fighter will receive two American General Electric F110 engines, later new Turkish engineers will be installed on it. A radar station with an active phased array antenna for the TF-X will be created by the Turkish company ASELSAN.

Well you don't seem like you know a lot about the Turkish industry so I'm not going to waste much time explaining it.

But yes it won't be that easy and yes they didn't produce the hot parts of the F110 while it was still in production at TEI but through some development programs, they managed to get the technology needed and they used that experience to design the hot parts of the TF6000 engine. So in short there's no trouble with it.

Outsourced components don't matter anyways, of all the 40 most critical components, 8 or less are of foreign origin, them being the engines, the ejection seat, etc. that are not yet nationalized.
What about the carbon fibre composite for the skin, the semiconductors such as TR unit, CPU, Radio ICs etc.? Are they part of the 8? Any information on the progress of domestic alternatives?

Another thing I am interested in is the manufacturing process, what is the material of the central bulkhead and how it is made?

If you google your questions you'll get the answers to your questions from other sources than this forum alone.

i know about Turkish heavy industries. but i know a lot about engines.

just give my opinion. when Japan failed despite leader in precision manufacturing and materials. without TOT Turkey can't do this. engine components demand decades of precision. even you know this.

can't compare TF6000 with 35,000 lbs high thrust engine.

BoraTas bro need your views on this..

Man I'm getting tired of this. I don't want to repeat myself to naysayers.

Google is your best friend to learn more about Turkish MIC. It'll guide you to other sites and forums that have more content about Turkish defence industry.

Why should anybody except you being here if Google is the best source? You can remain silent if you are tired of answering questions and let anybody who is able and willing to do the answering.

So you are saying I should trust google than trusting you or other members here? Then why are we here?
Don't be a smart ass. There are 3 members including me who have been actively posting on this thread. But even with the 3 of us we haven't posted everything about the Turkish MIC because it is so vast. I got other things to do you know?

That's why I said google it because you'll come across other sites and forums that I can't post here because of the rules.
