Apparently they agreed on....something? Details have not been released and it seems the negotiators were not empowered to sign off so they need to go back and get approval. Guess we just wait and see.

Not much. China has shown again and again that they are willing to agree to humiliating deals just to please the west. They recently ended sanctions on European parliament members without reciprocal removal of sanctions on China.

The recent deal where China keeps 10% tariff while US keeps 30% was also unequal.
