Brave of you to assume he would have survived climbing all those stairs. Although I supposed him crocking on the stairs before the parade even started would have been one hell of a distraction. Maybe that’s the main reason he wasn’t invited.
The SCOTUS is not going to rule against the Trump Admin on this one.
At worst, they will demand he uses a different procedure to enact/keep them, while providing a grace period for it.
The current congress has already shown (BBB or budget re-allocation) that they will rubber stamp anything, if it comes down to that.
