Man Trump has no idea what he is doing. He says he wants a deal with China but his policies is crossing one of Xi’s red lines. Containing China’s economic growth. He is trying to strong arm Canada and Mexico to put tariffs on Chinese goods. He wants to stop Iranian oil going to China. And he’s threatened tariffs on BRICs nations. Why would China trust Trump? Also his attempts to peak Russia away from China is very amateurish. I doubt there will be a ceasefire in Ukraine. Russia has serious momentum. And is close to breaking Ukrainian defensive lines. Trump is bombastic incoherent idiot. But he represents the average America whether on the left or right. Majority of Americans don’t know history,are illiterate and don’t understand how the world works. This crypto executive order is only going to inflate the crypto bubble even more. When it pops it’s going to be catastrophic.

China controlled more than half of global BTC hashrate for most of its existence and is still the #2 today, and China banned trading a long time ago but didnt ban mining until recent years.
Its the same as how China is the worlds largest gold producer, bans gold exports and keep gold reserve information as national secret.

Its not about intent, its about ability. What Americans are trying to do is fully on brand with their history and national nature, i.e. violence, theft, arrogance and being sore losers.
Theres nothing unpredictable about their actions, and if you pay attention to dates when Belt and Road, new energy, gold reserve, tech upgrade, MIC2025, naval build up, nuclear build up, etc. (even biodefence) all started, China has been preparing for America to do their thing around this time for almost 2 decades by now, with traps already fully prepared in every direction.
At this point it would honestly be disapointing if US just stepped down and submitted to China gracefully
