Even from the pics one can feel that PLAN still have alot of catch ups to do to be at the same proficiency and confidence of the USN.

The PLA (and China for that matter) has been a traditional land power, whether it can transform itself or needs to transform itself into a naval power is still yet to be seen.

One thing I'd like to see from the PLAN is some real photos of sailors going about their daily tsk. Presently all we get from the PLA in general are staged photos.
