Like it or not, Russians are fighting their so-called special operation against Ukraine with essentially one hand tied behind it's back. Their so-called invasion force was woefully inadequate since it's now largely accepted that Russian leadership were comatosed in believing the narrative they concucted about their Ukrainian bretherens welcoming them with open arms and other silly assumptions.

Breaking: Ukrainian shell hits Zaporozhie Nuclear power unit

This was announced by the head of the military-civilian administration of Energodar Alexander Volga.

The representative of the administration stressed that the facility was thankfully in a non-working condition, therefore there’s no threat to the population of the city, since the security system of power units cannot be breached with a single hit.

Volga did not specify when exactly the hit occurred.
