It's anything but suspicious. A lot of people who end up with these western ATGMs have had no training at all on how to operate them. Western equipment is designed for western soldiers who have the luxury of weeks of training.. A 2 hour crash course or a translated leaflet and you will have problems like this in the field.

I don’t think it’s entirely impossible. Ukraine just admitted 200 soldiers were killed per day. Now add the uncounted wounded and it starts adding up fast. Alexander Mer. in past videos said that the images of front line troops seem to be getting older and older. Those troops probably don’t have sufficient training.

Azot defenders are seeking negotiation. Russians told them only unconditional surrender will be offered.
Looks like this one will be a lot quicker than Azovstal, the forces stuck inside are already wavering.

It could be that the Azot plant has not been well supplied or stockpiled compared to the Azov plant.
I doubt that.
Azovstal had hardcore Nazis who were prepared to resort to extreme measures to stay out of Russian custody. For many of them surrendering was a death sentence.
If this plant has regular territorial units there won't be the same motivation to resist. A lot of them probably wanted to surrender or defect already.
Just for a comparison of what Azovstal looks like, this is the old Shougang plant in Beijing, now a ski resort.
Note the solid concrete buildings everywhere and the extensive use of steel frame.

Kinda crazy how long it took them to attack it. These ships (especially the corvete) should had been sunk at the first wave of attacks at day 0 or day 1.
Its incomprehensible that after 4 months of war that you allow the opponent to still have a corvete available.
