Another incoming Iskander in a Ukrainian force concentration near Sumy. Without multiple strikes or cluster munitions, like the previous strike it's impossible to take them all out so the most valuable vehicles are prioritized.
In this video review of the previous strike against the AFU 27th Rocket Artillery Brigade, two Ohlka-M launchers, which are Ukrainian analogues to the Tornado-S, were priority targeted, both close enough to each other the proximity blast is hoped to take care of both. An Ohlka-M 300mm MLRS has a range of 200km which can be troublesome for the Russians if allowed unchecked. The Iskander warhead explodes just above the ground for maximum area effect. Not all the vehicles in the site can be destroyed however without multiple launches or cluster munitions, and that's the compromise accepted. The others can left to drones or Lancets.
To compare, this is archival footage of an Iskander arriving at a Ukrainian S-300 site two years ago. This gives you an approximate of the blast radius, assuming newer Iskanders since then has increased the warhead size.
Another one, from last month January, taking out what might be the last Ukrainian S-300 system.
