An honor guard fainted during Jimmy Carter's funeral service. The comments are flooded by smart asses claiming it is because the soldier locked his knees, many of them bragged that they were told by their instructors while serving in US militaries. What a full house morons. Maybe these people have mutated so that their blood vessels to the brain are wired to pass their feet.

I was in Chinese military training for more than a month, 95% of our 12 hours daily activities were standing still and goosestepping. Nobody talked about "not locking knees", and Chinese army is the most prefect army in formation discipline. There is only once in my experience when right after dinner, 40 of us (a class from colledge) were orderred to stand at attention for a undetermined time, after 40 minutes, one guy fainted. We were just 18 year-old teens, untrained, had a full meal (blooding running away from brain).

I am happy that the US is full of these people and more importantly they are much more influential in US than their counterpart elsewhere, at least in China.

Nah, man, science checks out. After all, when you hold your legs straight in bed, you fall asleep. Seriously though, we wouldn't have gotten far as a species if keeping a pretty important body part in its preferred position made us randomly lose consciousness. The fact that it's general knowledge that when you see someone randomly pass out you immediately check up on them, and that apparently there's an exception if there's a corpse being carried nearby, isn't lost on me...

They said they allowed them to call their families back in North Korea.
Consider this:
Can you call up people in North Korea from China?
Can you call up people in North Korea from Russia?
What are the probability you can just dial 0011 and reach a number in North Korea from Ukraine?

I think it is best to assume that the North Korean troops station in Ukraine has already seen combat and certainly already experiencing casualties. So it's not too far fetched to think that some of them are already has been captured.

But there are currently no NK troops on rotation, especially not near Ukraine.

There was an almost overwhelmingly now believed to be fake news announcement that a NK infantry unit was responsible for taking a village with 300 encircled Ukrainians in it. Other than that nothing.

Footage of an attack by a Ukrainian drone, presumably of the Baba Yaga type, on a Russian Tor-M2 air defense system in the Zaporizhia direction. The operator of the Ukrainian drone spotted the Russian Tor-M2 air defense system and dropped ammunition on it several times. After the first explosion, the driver of the Russian air defense system quickly got his bearings and drove the combat vehicle out of the line of fire at full speed. Judging by the video, the air defense system may have received minor damage.

Presumably, at the time of the attack, the Ukrainian CV90 IFV had already been abandoned by the crew.
