The report was 0 casualties for the hospital strike which concludes it was an air to air missile than the explosive charge of a cruise missile.

And where did you get that "conclusion" from? Do you have images of shrapnel in the hospital?... I would like you to publish them so that the "conclusion" is as clear as you are.

The Ministry of Health of Ukraine has confirmed the death of 2 people and 16 injured in the hospital, in addition to the fact that there are still missing people and the search and rescue operations continue, I don't know where you get that there are 0 victims o_O... and a reason weight so there is no greater number of victims, is that in the hospital, since the infamous Russian invasion, they have prepared basement areas where they take refuge when the air attack alarms sound, and they have been doing so for several years, and it is one of the emergency plans of that hospital that was created more than 1 century ago and has gone through several wars

Can you post the report in question?
The Russians keep getting better at hitting these launchers. This is likely due to improved counter artillery radars, longer range drones, and more responsive kill chain.
Through it is known that scud hunting is very difficult, there's a compounding risk every time you take out your launchers. That's also a part that shouldn't be underestimated. At the start of the war, there were commonly tochka launchers that Russians didn't seem to hit that much. Now, the tochka are gone, and the turn has come for the himars hiding behind them.

Ukraine is no longer fielding majority soviet rocket launchers with a back line of himars. Nowadays, himars is the majority of what remains...

Destruction of the Ukrainian truck convoy and large ammo depot in Sumy region now in YouTube. UAVs tracked a convoy all the way to its destination then used an Iskander with a cluster munitions head on them. The depot suffered a catastrophic explosion and it's estimated around 23 vehicles were destroyed, with 65 personnel lost.

Military Summary short on the convoy strike by Iskander.

Video of the study of Ukrainian Storm Shadow/SCALP cruise missiles in Russia. This is the most detailed video footage of the internals of the Shadow and SCALP missiles to date. The Storm Shadow and SCALP missiles were developed by the French company Matra and the English British Aerospace, and are now produced by the European company MBDA. In the video, Russian specialists show the cumulative part of SCALP missiles, the engine, control equipment, electronics, servos, rudders and various missile design elements.

AP news is now saying 31 killed. Although I don't see any photos of the bodies since Palestinians have no problems doing photo ops nearly every day when Israel began their operation awhile back.

Edit: more info on missile used.

Also another explanation why they are moving like turtles in this war, mines.

They are doing a great job defending the country.

The Su-30SM is carrying out tasks for Russian operational groups in Ukraine, likely shooting down ZSU reconnaissance drones. The task assigned to strategic rear air defense is being done mainly by helicopters, some SAMs and anti-aircraft artillery, the first two being divided to be used to carry out tasks for Russian operational groups, leaving few units available to hunt enemy drones that are launched against Russian territory.

Yaks are doing the best job they can but it's not enough, given how many and how regular missile strikes are in Odessa. Missile strikes are often preceded by scouting drones.

During WW1 and WW2 it's bad enough for aircraft to spot one another. It's why the Japanese pick those with the very best eyesight to fly their fighters before the war under the strictest testing. A drone is much smaller than any aircraft. Worst is that the drone has night vision capability, and Mark 1 Eyeball isn't going to work this out. That's why radar is used with night fighters.

Ukrainians do use MiG-29 and Su-27 for drone interceptions. Or at least they try. Somehow they managed to make the R-27 and perhaps the R-73 on their own, which are made on the Artem factory plant that just got recently popped in Kiev.
