Tbh they haven't dug that deep into the women pool yet have they?
Casualties are not exactly favoring them, but if they keep getting economical support and don't start experiencing morale issues, they could probably keep the current pace for 1-3 years at least.
1) Only those who got caught in document forgery and left Ukraine when they shouldn't have.
2) As for women - the fact that some women will be conscripted from October 1 does not mean that they will automatically be prohibited from leaving Ukraine, like conscripted men. At least for now.
3) As for students - those who over 30 and want to get 2nd or 3rd high education will still be mobilized. If this is their first high education they will not be mobilized. But they have a bill that says "students will be able to get free education in exchange for volunteering in army", not acting at the moment.

By the Sudaplatov Battalion, this likely in the Orekhiv front. The villages there do not provide adequate shelter.

During a at the EU Parliament’s foreign affairs committee on Thursday, NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg clearly and repeatedly acknowledged that Putin made the decision to invade Ukraine because of fears of NATO expansionism.

We have the first drone video of a tank-tank battle between a Leopard 2 A6 and 2 T-80 BV from the beginning of the counteroffensive. The two Russian tanks retreat after one was hit from 1,5 km away.
Damn. Simply shrugged off. Looked like a side hit as well.
Those T80s might be old, but still serviceable armor.
