Found a post in Intel Slava that says the UAF has denied the downing. This to me is more likely a malfunction.

"The speaker of the Air Force of Ukraine, Yuriy Ignat, denied the statements of individual representatives of the Kyiv administration about the downing of the Russian hypersonic missile "Dagger" over the capital.

Note that the Ukrainian army has no means capable of resisting this complex."

They also claimed to have shot down 4 Il-76 over Hostomel and initally claimed that the Ukr Su-27 they themselves shot down over Kiev was actually a Ru Su-30

Some kind of news about “Bakhmut will be taken by the forces of Akhmat!” … Wagner is in contact with Kadyrov to change force the 10 of May.. It was supposed to be wrapping up at that date anyway.

It's looking like a farcical psyops to scare off the Ukrainian remnants in Bakhmut to give themselves before the Chechens take over with their folkloric pow threatments .

The thing is that what forces Kadyrov would bring ? So far Kadyrov's forces was Rosgvardia more akin to Military police or gendarmerie. They keep the peace after the real regular forces destroy the opposition. They're not meant to be a frontline troops.

Chechnya is/was a combat zone, so it is neither an army nor just a police force, but something in between. It is not possible to make a one-to-one comparison with other armies.
For example, many of the special forces that took part in the seizure of Mariupol were in fact part of the Rosguard. OMOH and SOBR is large and militarised enough to be compared to just a "SWAT" unit so to speak.
This channel does a good review of SOBR Terek for example and other Rosguard units.
We also have to keep in mind that unlike most of the previous months, the VDV is in the city, so it is possible that Wagner has actually reduced the number of troops in the city over the last few weeks by sharing the task with the airborne (also the flanks also are not man by Wagner, so I think is clear W has reduced numbers in the area for a while now). In other words, Kadyrov would have to cover Wagner's current role, not when Wagner was at his peak a few months ago when they were on their own.

Apparently Bradleys won't be spared of being ridden on top by soldiers, either
