The War in the Ukraine

On the Kremlin attack, anyone else notice the drone appears to explode in mid air?

Seems odd for such a drone to have a timer fuse, remote detonation also seems highly unlikely and unnecessary, and it would be frankly ridiculous to rig any sort of proximity fuse.

There is obviously no missile hitting it, but the Kremlin is precisely the kind of target you would expect to be guarded by laser CIWS, just saying.

The Ukrainian logic in all this strikes me as being really poor. There has been an implicit agreement between both sides since last March not to attack senior officials. The war isn’t going to suddenly stop because of it and Russians failed in their original plan of regime change a long time ago. Even the former Israeli PM attests to it:

Even before the war, the government had problems controlling Azov and other militias. Now they can only become more powerful. I wouldn't be surprised if the attack was in fact carried out behind the government's back by some branch of the interior ministry/militia etc.

I really doubt this. The previous attacks have been orchestrated by the GUR (military intelligence) under Budanov. In fact, they planned attacks on Moscow for February 24th. They were only dissuaded because the US and NSA were wiretapping him:

Regarding Neo-Nazi units and others, these are under direct Ukrainian control at this point. The previous attacks against Belgorod were done by Russian Neo-Nazis under GUR command.

It looks like they packed a firework in it as the "explosive" instead of a real explosive.
The target of the attack was the flag which was mostly for symbolic and propaganda purposes.

Ukrainian armored vehicle drove into an area controlled by Wagner and got expected treatment as a result. This in Bakhmut.

Another Ukrainian drone attack at Sevastopol.

Portable Ukrainian counter battery radar set up in a building destroyed by Russian Kornet from the Russian 110rd brigade (there's also a Ukrainian 110rd brigade defending in Avdiivka which is why the adjective is needed). The video says it's counter battery radar but it might be a Starlink antenna?

Remains of Ukrainian truck carrying ammo supplies destroyed by Russian fire.
