The War in the Ukraine

It's best to be pessimistic regarding the coming Russian Offensives due to how scarce the information coming out lately so that our expectation may not be betrayed
Agreed, we are now at 2023 and there are people still optimistic about Russian offensives. More likely that their airbases are bombed again by Ukraine drones than any Russian offensive happening and then succeeding.

From finishing the war before the end of 2022, to 2024 and now to 2025 lol
I can assure you, NATO strategists are perfectly fine dragging this until 2025 or 2030.
I am not sure Russia would like that though..

No one expected this war on the 23rd of Feb.

So, we can assume the end of this could be abrupt as well.

Yeah, no.. I actually expected the war and had written about it. I had said on 2022 the war would happen, and on about end of January I had said that by end of February the war would have began. I haven't bookmarked them, so if you have time, you can look at my past posts and verify that. First prediction actually happened around spring 2021 about the war happening on 2022 lol

Given that info, your post doesn't apply to me, so allow me to give you my opinion on the war ending. If I am a NATO strategist, I am not ending the war until 2025 the earliest, or preferably on 2030. Russia is truly and well screwed on this one.
When the Americans said that they were going to make the Ukrainian war Russia's Afghanistan they weren't kidding

And spare me (not directed at you, just a general comment) the Russian offensive copium talk I am hearing here. Last time I heard about a Russian offensive, Ukraine kicked Russia out of Kherson.

There are rumors on Telegram (Fighterbomber channel) that a Russian Su-35S shot down 2 Ukrainian helicopters and 2 jet fighter aircraft (4 targets) in the same mission.
I heard 2 mi 8 and 2 mig 29 shot down. Although, not sure if it was done by the same jet. likely they were shot down by 4 different Russian jets, but propaganda turn it into 1 super jet shot down all 4.

Any specific reason Russia isnt using FoABs? Would've been ideal for scenarios like Bakhmut. Guess deploying it a from a slow moving bomber at the front line is too risky ?

Certain idiots would probably mistake it for a tactical nuke and the consequences that come from it. No point taking the risk in such a situation. Nor do they need to, Bakhmut is done for one way or another. The 'fire bag' is doing its job extremely well.
