I was thinking maybe a missile CIWS for defense and a pair of single barreled 30mm gun like what you have on the type 056 for defense and if necessary offense, don't know if the fire power would be enough though if you want to use those guns for support role. They can put the guns where the 630 originally was.

Whole point of a LCAC is to land with element of suprise, so fast that you hit the beech and secure it
On occasions where this is not a opition air cover will be provided prior to the landing either by attack helicopters or fixed wing
Might be a idea to add some self defence but I don't know how important this would be for PLAN

Wow! That was a very serious accident. Shows right at the end of the 45 second segment, the whole crane crashes down onto the vessel.
