That is not possible. In the next decade, PAF will likely have access to J-35s, for which India will have no answer. India should stop engaging in senseless provocations towards its neighbors and focus on national development.
I mentioned multiple times that India should be trying to acquire Su-57s, but I still think J-35s should have a significant edge, given Chinese advantages in stealth, sensor, and electronics technology.
I think it would be better if there was an understanding that China won't provide J-35s unless the balance of power really shifts against Pakistan. That would mean no J-35s until India is on the cusp of its own stealth fighter deployment.
If China does transfer J-35s to Pakistan, it will just reinforce the Pakistan-India arms race dynamic.
That means both will end up spending more on the military, rather than on domestic economic development.
And it will accelerate India's drive to obtain stealth fighters, which means buying the F-35 or Su-57.
They both still have too many desperately poor. And in the case of India, child malnutrition has somehow been getting worse if you look at the past 5, 10 or 15 years. That is kind of shocking considering India posted decent growth rates during these time periods.

China doesn't really get much out of exporting J-35s anyway, because there are just too few potential customers.
