An operational Liaoning by 2015? That's a little optimistic...
I'm sure the AH-64Es will help dramatically with its renowned anti carrier capabilities -snigger-
But I'm curious how they think the PLAN will use liaoning in their scenario. It isn't like the PLANs just going to plop them into the strait, even if they did manage to gain air and naval superiority. Hell I doubt liaoning would go anywhere near within 400km of the island, if not more, if it is even ever called upon in a Taiwan contingency.
