Well the Empire Was supposed to invoke the Nazi's there uniforms there troops "Storm Troopers" there emblems there ships Vader's helmet all of it including the fact that if you watch the movies all the Imperial troops you see not wearing Armor and helmets are Caucasian males.
After though:
One of the few smart moves made in the Three prequel Star wars movies was the Clones. By making the Grand Army of the Republic/ Imperial army Clones it explained the Uniformity of the fleet.

Toho would have to sell the rights. The last Mothra appearence was the last Toho Godzilla movie 2004's Godzilla Final Wars. Which was a Tour de Force of all of ToHo Scifi... They through in Everything even the kitchen sink....

If there's a license issue, I don't think it'll be that hard to get. But Mothra? Best Godzilla villains I can think of is King Ghidrah and Mechagodzilla but the old versions not the new ones they did in the last couple decades. I believe they were both the goods guys in them.
BTW, the new Godzilla can't do this either let alone 10 hours of it.
