Sorry if I offended you PE about my Manning comment. It was thoughtless of me. I guess it must be the NZ der in me where it has been engrained in us to chop down the most successful.. Its commonly known as the "Tall Poppy Syndromewhere standouts be it sporting, businessmen, academics are kept in check. Its part of the egalitarian society we have carefully cultivated for decades.
It is gradually dying away though.
And every one has bad days...Unfortunately Super Bowl Sunday was his.
Commentators over here have stated that he's never played at his best in his previous Super Bowl Matches
You are welcome. Cortisone is used for pain..it is a legal steroid.
But is it used in the right environment that is the question?. With a couple of jabs of Cortisone a contestant will feel immune to pain thus he thinks hes bullet proof, so isn't that enhancing his ability to peform on the day?.
Lets take the Athe recent mens Australian tennis final for eg. where quite a few people believed Nadal went off for a couple of jabs of cortisone for his back which was giving him trouble. A lot of people felt it would have been unjust had he gone on to beat Wawrinkla because of those jabs.
E.P.O. is also legal when used in certain areas but not when used to enhance ones sporting performance.
