Look like you did visit Cambodia. You pointed out a few facts but not all. According to what I know there are at least three bridges under construction; one on Mekong river and the other two on Tonle Sap river. Many construction projects under Korean companies are seriously delayed, some even dead such as Camko City, Gold Tower 42 and the Dream City that you mentioned.

If you want to start an airline in Cambodia, it is extremely difficult even though you might have the capital to do it, unless you're a current airline operator. However, welcome to Cambodia -- The Kingdom of Wonders.

I had already visited to PP for 4times to see one of Japanese contractor who got masonry works contract for dream city.He is same like my uncle&I love him very much because of his peaceful mind & he helping both Myanmar & Kingdom of Cambodia to be developed countries.
I had chance to visit many construction sites by his help,one of the bridge construction project is guarded by soldiers with AK47 but he talk to soldiers and we can take photos .
Cambodians are same as my face,You know about the tribe Mon Khmer?
I am a Shan(tai) ,Palong and Mon mixed blood so I came from Mon Khmer tribe.
We are brother in the past.
I also noticed that Business Tycoon Kitmenn or ????? he studied from AUSSIE &back to PP then Royal ANZ,royal conglomerate,Cambodianna hotel,Telecom business are established.I saw his face on Forbe magazine cover & I know that he is chinese blood mixed & Billionaire of Cambodia.
Anyhow,we will find more opportunities for both of brother land to be peaceful &developed.
