The uploader whose IP address is located in Liaoning province, claims that he used a telescope to identify it as the SHADE.
Since it was shot on an iPhone and the distance is so great, we can't really tell if it's real deal or not. We'll need more videos to confirm.

Edit: Shenyang has a population of 9 million, and on a clear day, he's the only one who captured this on video. I find that incredibly bizarre...

There is a reason for this. The AVIC Chengdu and Shenyang institutes were originally located in sparsely populated suburbs. However, Chengdu has urbanized rapidly in the past 15-20 years with its permanent residents doubling to 20 million. The CAC institute is surrounded by newly built residential and commercial areas. While Shenyang or the entire Northeast has stagnated in development, Shenyang's population has only grown from 8 million to 9 million in the past 10 years, so the chance of the J-50 being seen is much smaller.

Do we know if the current SAC site will definitely close after the new out of town site starts operation? 2 huge new buildings have been constructed in recent years at the north west side of the runway at the current site. Could it be that perhaps J-16 and J-35 production continues at the current site while SHENGAD production is at the new site?

Shot by a Bilibili user in the vicinity of Mukden Palace, Shenyang.
He posted this under the EurasiaNavy's video reposted on Bilibili, Not sure if he’s actually trying to add his own shots or joking about the shitty resolution.
And also like the other one, we can't certain anything but a vapor trail.
