If you wrote exactly what you said, then your problem is far beyond the mispronouciation of "bi"...

"yao bu yao" means "do you want". On the other hand, "do you have" is "you mei you".

so basically you were asking if the staff wants sex... rather than if he has sex...

The whole thing was 3 years ago, my chinese got a bit rusty since then. After totally getting my arse kicked once at a chinese martial arts (San-Da) competition (although, my arse actually stayed totally, healthy, compared with my ribs or my liver that is, next time I will have the "drinking contest" with my opponent before I fight with him), I kinda stuck to Germany.

Does "bi" actually worldy mean sex? I was told that it just means Vagina?

Does not really make the whole thing less amusing though!

Phew . According to Businessweek I live in the most peaceful country in the World (New Zealand)

I cant say I envy anybody living in the states,with its 83ranking
But I guess those of you who live in San Francisco still have that old "Flower Power" to see you through.

Maybe, it's something in the water. Seriously, health ed is so overtaught here (in San Francisco; in the midwest it is barely taught I think but religion does a lot also.) and yet kids keep keeping pregnant (Including SF. I don't know about other places, but in SF, it is usually because kids don't pay attention, or don't care for the info.)..... It ain't no use unless the kids care!

So it's more peaceful to live n China than the US eh? Well, they haven't the crime nor the traffic.

Trust me, flower power doesn't exist in San Francisco anymore (Not outside Haigt and Ashbury, where people have asked me "How is Taiwan?"). Everyone here is an immigrant! And I live in the worst neighbourhood in town, you need to know where not to go......

Where does the rest of the Commonwealth stand, especially Canada and Australia? Who's the most peaceful in Asia? East Asia? Japan? Vietnam?

I still laugh when that hippy asked me how Taiwan is....... if he hasn't been watching the news, Mao is dead.......

Unfortunately it only mentioned select countries. Australia is 19. But then how much reliance can you put on this study when a country like Switzerlands at 16


I really dont think much, of modern Asian Music, IMO it lacks the richness, feeling and body of Western Singers, Blues, Rhythm N Blues sung by Black A mericans is what I enjoy. and PEKING OPERA
My favourite record, Is one of Peking Opera,in vinyl dates back to 1958 when they toured NZ

Really? I don't recall any single chinese character that describes a vagina, especially one with the bi sound...

Wohoo! Even if my chinese grammar fails, It would appear I am dead on concerning vulgarities! Must have something to do with beeing a half-German half Russian reserve Soldier!

(to be fair, I find both Russian and German to be excellent languages for swearing).
