I guess China may be OK to build HSR for northern Vietnam, but should stay wary of extending it all the way to Ho Chi Minh city.

The company has 100 percent supply chain located in Guangdong province and have 3000 local suppliers. from design to printing press and manufacturing does in mainland China. their all warehouses also located in China.

Because they are trying to show the US they are not Chinese, same way Tiktok tried to distance themselves from their China operations. However that still wasn't enough to please the US. So the US is still banning tiktok this January. For shein I think its just a matter of time with Trump coming to power.
