SD Member's World-wide Weather Reports

That's very hot for your part of the world, isn't it Jura?

...

in addition to what I've said in the preceding post, you can check this:
it's from AccuWeather.com, this afternoon, shows the weather in Central Europe even hotter than in South Europe and Balkans; for comparison, I put London on the list :)

Here in SW Idaho we have had decent weather the last couple of weeks. A dusting of Snow Saturday morning, but highs have been in the upper 30s and lows in the low 20s.

That may change Wednesday night when a snow storm is supposed to come through...but only a couple of inches supposedly.

You folks in cooler climes like mine...stay warm,

You folks along the equator...hehehe...stay cool!

Hehehe...LOL!

Well, I was raised in Texas so know what you mean...but now here in Idaho, once it gets to about the mid 40s people are out in short sleeves!

We have a system coming in tonight that may give us up to 3" of snow. We'll know more after midnight.

We've had a great moisture year in the mountains so far...but that only holds of the snow packs stays in place until spring and summer so it can be used for irrigation, power, recreation, etc.

The last few days we have had unseasonably warm weather, even up to 60 degrees F.

While we normally have a few bouts of what we call "Indian Summer," we are hoping it does not persist and particularly that the higher elevations stay below freezing so our snow pack (what amounts to our water storage) stays in place.

Day before yesterday we had a record high 87 degrees here. Today the high is 47 degrees...forty degrees colder.

Cold front and a lot of rain came through (snow in the mountains).

Next week back to our average April temps with highs in the low 60s.

I now checked: here yesterday the country high was 98 F, the closest station to where I live had 95 F, but rainstorms were approaching (didn't happen where I live) so the weather was oppressive (in Central Europe it's still unusual to have air-conditioning in the apartment, considered not needed :)

Wow, Mirage...sometimes we forget that you are down there on the opposite side of our Summer!

Here, today we had BEAUTFUL weather.

At 3 PM it was 68 F and clear. Nice and pleasant. Really loved it.

I am going to go home in a moment and sit on the front porch and have my Black Lab play fetch!
