The crew of the Russian heavy flamethrower vehicle TOS-1A "Solntsepek" showed the combat vehicle inside and how the preparations for firing from the installation are going on.

The 'Nona' is popular for both sides of the war, underrated because it's old and not sexy. But a self propelled mortar makes sense as it allows you to shoot and scoot quicker than a normal mortar crew. The gunner has to make adjustments within the vehicle but firing it you need to do it outside. Mortars have played a vital part of the war.

The Uragan MLRS plays a strong part for both sides, even though the HIMARS gets more publicity on the Ukrainian side. It is typically used to hit targets behind the front lines such as command posts, troop and vehicle concentrations, ammo and fuel depots.

The 2S9 Nona was supposed to have been replaced by 2S42 Lotos but it has not happened. At least not yet.
Uragan MLRS is utterly obsolete at this point. Both the vehicle and the rockets. Other countries have better systems with similar 220mm rockets. Russia supposedly is to replace this with Uragan-1M but that uses a chassis made in Belarus and so far only has been produced in small amounts.

Or Uragan will simply let to extinct as Tornado-G can supposedly match its range with new rocket while for something big there always be Tornado-S

Uragan and it's rockets will be used until they are finally attrited out or ran out of rockets, then replaced (converted?) to Tornado S. Obsolete doesn't mean it's useless.

Current in production Nona variant is the Nona SVK or 2S29. It appears to be highly regarded on both sides. I do suspect 2S42 Lotos might already been in secret being battle tested.

Uragan is a big problem, because it's chassis is a huge pain to work with. Ukraine even went as far as rebasing the firing mount onto a new armoured vehicle. In Russia, the plan before the SVO was this (even though the "bigger" platform vehicle is weird). Uragan-1M, as far as we know, is dead.

Uragan-1M was cancelled as far as I could get from Russian forums.
Normal Uragan is okey IF:

1 - They finally make satellite 220mm guided ammo
2 - Thermobaric missiles. In fact, in Russian Telegram channels this is something that is read relatively frequently. The troops want thermobaric ammunition for the Uragan.
