This Russian USANATO treatry proposal naggin me continously.
Thing like this hasn't happened before.
This is a huge change in the economy/political/military posture of Russia, could be considered as 180 degree.
Lot of things happened at the same time, restrictions of the EU gas supplies, this treatry proposal, and a huge change in the tone of discussion.
I have the feeling Russia calculated the moment of move with extreme precision.
It looks like a change in the behaviour.
There was another moment, when Boris J made a remark about Ukraine importance, and the strugle for the democracy there.
Sounds like endgame for me.
Either the USA / UK become capable to dictate Russia, or the current European structure will be reformated.
This Putin looks like a guy whom if hold a gun to soameone head then ready to pull the trigger.

From what I have read the ship neither had the electronics and radar installed, or even the engines. It was basically an empty shell.
So they claim they can recover the hull once they replace the composite upper structure. But the shipyard is still inspecting the hull.
