The Military-Industrial Courier newspaper said the 3M-22 complex is armed with an anti-ship missile which is a continuation of heavy missiles Bazalt, Granit, and Onyx to destroy surface-going naval and ground targets at a distance of 300-400 kilometers.

Yes but Russians had significantly less warheads compared the allowed number.
These new mainly coz SS-27 mod 2/RS-24 which replace SS-27 Mod 1/RT-2PM2, 4 MIRV vs 1 2 Rgts of 9 TEL/Silos for a year equiped.

New SS-27 Mod 3/ RS-26 Rubezh do test this year in service 2017/18 ? and after 2020 ? RS-28/SS-X-30 Sarma replace SS-18 mod 6/R-36M2.

Interesting but first hypersonic anti-ships missile very difficult to build and seems short, very short for armed the Nakhimov with him for 2018 when normaly she is back in the Fleet.

For datas right now in general 300-400 km i get also 300/1000 speed mach 5/6 a missile is Hypersonic from mach 5
