Wow, nice concept, haven't seen this artwork before, is it your own work?
I definitely like the idea of a heavy, long range strike fighter. It allows for deep strike missions with a sizeable payload beyond the capability & range of normal tactical fighers while retaining their speed & part of their agility.
And indeed I believe the russians are on to something here with this high performance jet carrying a large payload.
I guess your proposal could take over from the Strike Eagle & Lancer in the future and stand between the F-35 & B2/LRS-B in the future.

I know early in the "Long-Range Strike-B" consept stage Northrop Grumman offered a YF23 Variant lockmart offered a f22 variant but both failed as the requirements were redrafted into 2018 bomber and the next generation bomber and now what ever it's called.
But that is neither here nor there.

And so the russian navy slowly seems too be coming back from the dead.

Zvezdochka Shipyard plans to deliver to the Russian Navy two nuclear-powered submarines and one diesel-electric submarine undergoing overhaul and upgrade at the shipyards by the end of 2012.

Zvezdochka Shipyard will hand over this year two Delta class submarines IV-class SSBN Verkhoturye (K-51), SSBN Novomoskovsk (K-407) and diesel-electric KILO-class SS Kaluga (B-800). Besides, the shipbuilder plans to deliver to India the submarine "Sindurakshak" by the end of this year, undergoing maintainance and upgrade at the shipyards.
