Forbin, I helped your formatting above a little.

The US Navy is a large air force itself and should not be left out.

Total US Navy Combat Aircraft: 1,550

F/A-18C/D - 575
F/A-18E/F - 370+
AV-8B - 110
E/A-18G - 150
EA-6B - 25
P-3C - 115
P-8A - 20
F-35B - 44
F-35C - 20

The PLANAF is relatively large too.

I feel you bit worried, hehe ofc with USN, USMC and USAF get many force multipliers 30 AWACS, ~ 450 Tankers etc... then US Air Services are clearly ahead.

In more Russian pilot flight about 120 h, 10 years ago 30/50 ! much better, more fuel, spares, better maintenance but remains clearly less as NATO countries 180 h minimum.
Confirmed by new Su-27SM3 extended for 2000 h planned for15 flight years.
USN get some Super Hornet only old of 15 years which have 4500 h flight hours for training we can look the difference.

And in 2009 all Rgts/Armies dissolved replaced by COMD AF et AD and Air bases, in 2013 Rgts back and since 2 month Armies really better have its military units with her history ofc.

But mainly they want phased out first Mig-29/S 9-12/9-13 because they have severe fin cracks have begin clearly now do for Domna Rgt begin Millerovo, Su-30SM replace and to Erebuni replaced by Mig-29SMT, to Kursk Mig-29SMT also yet.
In a year no legacy Mig-29 in frontline units remains only for Training, Tests.

And T-50 clearly delayed commissioning into service as a fully combat-capable
until 2023 or 2024 at the earliest,1/2 combat Sqns, they get less money with energy now and their plans have changed for the more expensive.

Russia is developing two new types of nuclear submarines to replace its Project 949A Oscar-class and Project 945 Sierra-class vessels.
The new vessels are the next generation of Russia's Project 955 Borei-class ballistic missile submarine and Project 855M Yasen-class guided-missile submarines, which are late-Soviet-era designs, reported international affairs magazine the National Interest.
The Sierra-class replacement is being designed as an "interceptor" that would protect the Russian nuclear ballistic missile submarine fleet, while the Oscar-class replacement would be a guided-missile submarine that would hunt US carrier strike groups like their predecessors.
Anatoly Shlemov, a senior executive with United Shipbuilding Corporation, in an interview with the Russian news outlet Lenta.ru earlier this year, said:
"As part of the ongoing work on the design of fifth-generation of nuclear submarines, two models of the submarine will be created. The main purpose of the first: to ensure the sustainability of strategic missile submarine cruiser combat groups, and fighting enemy submarines. The second boat will carry cruise missiles to hit shore and surface targets."

While the two submarines will be based on a common hull design, the interceptor variant will not feature tubes to carry long-range anti-ship or cruise missiles, according to Shlemov.

Russia expects the new submarines to enter production sometime between 2017 and 2018, with the interceptor variant entering service in the 2020s.

Russia is already upgrading 12 existing nuclear submarines, Oscars and Akulas, at the Zvezda shipyard in Bolshoy Kamen in the Russian Far East. The comprehensive upgrade includes new combat systems, countermeasures, and weapons.

The Russian Navy is studying two new types of submarines that should replace the one hand the project 945 Sierra for the protection of strategic submarines, and also the project 949 Oscar for attack aircraft carrier groups US. The two submarines would be based on the same platform (Malakhit?), But the first city class as an interceptor, would not be equipped with special tubes for launching anti-surface or anti-surface missiles, unlike the second source:

Comment: could be the 09851 Khabarovsk project for the project replace 945?

The existence of this submarine is inadvertently revealed June 19, 2014, when the press announced the setting simultaneously hold three nuclear submarines in the hold 50 of the Sevmash shipyard in Severodvinsk. If the Knyaz OLEG 955A and KRASNOYARSK Project 885m project are identified in the project, it does not hold true for the third.

This existence is almost confirmed on June 20, as it is indicated that this submarine will be called KHABAROVSK.

It overturned July 17 while circulating pictures of pens and banners bearing the name of this unit, which only reinforces the hypothèses.
