That vid is kinda awful, with too many unrelated stock footage and seems to confuse the ATGM like Svir or Refleks and the shell.

"On the Ukrainian front, in the zone of a special military operation, the Russian Armed Forces use two types of Lancet loitering ammunition: the older model Lancet-1 (Izdeliye-51) with a warhead mass of five kilograms and the smaller Lancet-3. (“Product-52”) with a three-kilogram warhead. Externally, the two versions of the kamikaze drone differ in the length of the fuselage and the tail wing. “Izdeliye-52” - “Lancet-3” - has a pair of X-shaped tails of the same size, “Izdeliye-51” - “Lancet-1” - a larger version, with one large X-shaped wing and a smaller tail unit .

The Lancet-3 operator can use a kamikaze drone at a range of up to 40 km and a maximum flight altitude of 5 km; the electric motor makes the Lancet almost silent.
...
at an approach speed of about 300 kilometers per hour, there’s basically no way around this product
...
The first combat tests of the Russian kamikaze drone took place in Syria. In April 2021, the Lancet was used to carry out strikes against the Tahrir al-Sham group ... in the Idlib governorate.
...
According to Alexander Zakharov, for every ruble invested, ZALA AERO takes about 400 rubles from the enemy. For example, the German IRIS-T air defense system with missiles and radar station destroyed by the smallest Lancet-3 costs 140 million euros, and a kamikaze drone costs 35 thousand euros, which is 4000 times cheaper.

"“ At the same time, the Su-57 platform is evolving. Its combat capabilities are being increased, the most modern technologies are being introduced into the vehicle, and its effectiveness continues to grow. As for power plants, the Su-57 aircraft is adapted to use both the first and second stage engines. Even with the first stage engine, the fighter meets the basic requirements for a fifth-generation aircraft. Aircraft with the second stage engine are currently undergoing flight tests. Already within the framework of the current serial contract, it is planned to supply the Su-57 with a new engine - UEC and UAC are working on this ,” Artyakov said.

In 2022, the Russian Ministry of Defense received six Su-57 aircraft : two in May and four in December. In total, ten serial fifth-generation fighters have been transferred to the Russian Aerospace Forces to date. It was reported that the vehicles were used in Ukraine to destroy both air targets at long distances and to attack enemy air defense systems.

On March 1, 2017, a TASS source reported that Tupolev PJSC built several mock-ups of the PAK DA from composite materials, as well as a full-size mock-up made of wood. The mock-ups are made according to the “flying wing” scheme. According to the source, the new bomber will make maximum use of radar signature reduction technologies, its design will use radio-absorbing materials, and all weapons will be located inside the aircraft. The PAK DA will also be equipped with modern electronic warfare systems.

On the same day, Gazeta.ru, citing its sources in the defense industry, denied reports about the existence of a full-size mock-up of the PAK DA made of wood. Instead of a life-size model of the PAK DA, Tupolev assembled a wooden full-size mock-up of the bomber’s cockpit. The necessary equipment is installed in this design, options for accommodating crew members, the layout of the sighting and navigation system, controls and life support systems are being studied. In addition, there is one flying model of the PAK DA made of composite materials, made on a scale of 1:10, the report said.

In the spring of 2022, Tupolev received a patent for a “utility model of an aircraft engine air intake.” The abstract to the patent states that the prototype of the utility model is a device for mounting the air intake of a jet gas turbine engine installed in an aircraft designed according to the “flying wing” design. From the illustrations to the patent it follows that we are talking about a promising long-range aviation complex.

Is Kurganetz even made in the same plant that made Armata ?
Actually, probably not. News regarding anything but the MBT has been scarce at best. Even the MBT itself is unclear whether it has entered serial production, Russia might just find it much more economical to continue fielding current model tanks since even heavily armored Western tanks are not doing much better against modern AT munitions.

Will this impact Russian military?

No. This chip is based on ARM architecture and was meant for use in civilian government and government owned corporate applications.
Since ARM revocated their licenses, and they cannot fab their designs at TSMC anymore, their portfolio of designs is now basically worthless. Most of their designs also are fabbed either in 28nm or 16nm and lower resolution. None of this can be fabbed in Russia right now.

The military uses Elbrus2K, and MIPS64, in older higher resolution processes so they won't be affected.

Is Kurganetz even made in the same plant that made Armata ?
Kurganetz is made at the Kurgan Vehicle Plant. Same factory which makes the BMP-3 and BMD-4M series of vehicles.
The Armata is made at Ural Automotive Plant. Same factory which makes the T-90 series of vehicles.

The future of the Armata platform other than the MBT seems to be in question after the conviction of senior management.
I am not sure how $150k or so corruption can stop a project. even few million dollars will be drop in bucket. you need to think and not rely on what they publish. it seem they have modified the platform enough that need more tests but all this will take into account practical experience from Ukraine.

Tracked combat platform "Kurganets-25" received a modified chassis to improve reliability and simplify operation. Roman Khromov, Deputy Executive Director for State Defense Order and Military-Technical Cooperation of Kurganmashzavod (part of Rostec's High-Precision Complexes holding), told RIA Novosti about

.

“Experimental design work has not been completed. There are tests. At one time, additional requirements of the state customer arose, and the machine was reconfigured. That is, those samples that were first shown at the parade in 2015, and the machine that is now being tested are not exactly the same, ”he said.

Khromov noted that, first of all, the changes affected the chassis of the machine, since measures were required to improve its reliability, as well as to simplify operation and maintenance.

here is better example of costs.
This Russian air force plane last week spending probably over a week around Africa including crossing Nigeria airspace and not every destinations are captured. when you have such plane traveling in that region. you will have another backup some where in the area. The cost of running such operations for a week will be in million of dollars. transport planes and what is inside them i am not counting.
