Large family is considered 3 or more children. if it is uniform benefits than the size of real estate per household will need to be larger. Russia has alot of confidence in building new homes and apartments on this scale. already is several times of Germany.
on top of that Muslim regions of Russia not get as many migrants as the large cities. so it is like double increase.

reports .

“It is planned to create a research and production complex based on the technology park. We are focusing on the production of civilian products, for example, such as

fire extinguishing systems. The launch will take place immediately after the New Year, in January. We are already at the final stage. Our strategic partners will be radio electronics enterprises in the cluster, which is now being formed in the Priozersky district. We expect that this will be from 1 [thousand] to 3 thousand copies in the first year of existence. We will continue to grow," Dontsov said.

According to him, a design bureau will be located in the technology park in the Central region, and testing and production will be located in the suburbs of St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region.

High-rise buildings, for example, Moscow City, have limitations on the ability to extinguish a fire if it occurs on the upper floors. “Many tall buildings are being built in St. Petersburg. They have practically no ability to extinguish fire on the upper floors. Above the 12th floor, not a single fire arrow reaches. And a drone can fly up, break a window, drop a fire extinguisher and put out the fire,” Dontsov said .

for high-rise firefighting are designed to perform different tasks: first launching equipment to remove broken glass to ensure the safe evacuation of trapped people, and then launching a bomb to extinguish the fire. It is equipped with four high-explosive bombs that break out windows. Another UAV with a dry powder fire extinguisher has been developed to extinguish fires in urban high-rise buildings.

There are also plans to produce UAVs for security emergencies and fire reconnaissance. It is equipped with a dual optical thermal imager with 30x magnification, its flight speed is 54 km/h with the ability to deliver to a target within a radius of 25 km.

A fire extinguishing drone has also been developed at the technology park, which is equipped with one water-based fire extinguishing bomb. The drone is equipped with a three-dimensional adjustable unit to ensure image clarity and 10x optical zoom in detected light.

It is also planned to produce a UAV, which is equipped with a camera with a 30x optical zoom, a thermal imager, a ground station software for displaying and controlling the shooting, and it is equipped with two fire extinguishing bombs.

The launch of the first private technology park "Infintech Corporation" took place on September 7. Currently, the innovation center has more than 30 residents belonging to the IT cluster. In the next quarter, the number of residents who specialize in radio electronics will increase by more than 10, Dontsov noted.

A city drone monitoring system was developed in Novosibirsk

Novosibirsk November 24. INTERFAX-SIBERIA - The project for an urban drone monitoring system was developed by the startup company Geopager, which became the winner in the autumn business accelerator, reports the press service of the Academpark Foundation.
“Start-ups have proposed an urban drone surveillance system. A geopager is a sensor, and each such device transmits data about the space to a single system (air cadastre). With the help of this product, it becomes possible to determine the boundaries of a site and track activity in the air,” the message says.
Each of the devices (sensors) monitors one territory, all together the devices make up a city monitoring network.
The authors of the project made a prototype (chips with an antenna that detected that there was a drone nearby) and successfully tested it: the sensors promptly detected the UAV both in open areas and in areas with dense buildings.
It is noted that the sensors can be integrated with the Smart City system, the developers have found a partner with whom they will launch a pilot project in the near future, the implementation model has already been agreed upon with cellular operators and Internet providers.

The system that will build unmanned air logistics will be tested next year December 20, 2023 Only a few companies in the USA and Western Europe are engaged in similar developments
In Russia, software has been developed for digital unmanned airlines based on the first domestic integrated platform for collecting data on drone flights, Nebosvod. Tests are planned for 2024, the developer is the Aeroskript Research Center, TASS reports. “The first tests of the software in field conditions will take place in 2024 together with BAS LLC (a subsidiary of State Transport Leasing Company) and Transport of the Future,” reported the Aeroscript Research Center.
According to Aeroscript Deputy General Director Andrey Yablokov, a system was created based on the Nebosvod platform that will allow managing the resources of airlines operating drones, building secure traffic and logistics, and developing identification technologies. “In the future, this will become the basis for automated flights, since humans will gradually leave the control loop of unmanned air traffic,” says Yablokov. The development will help optimize the use of drones in the areas of agriculture, cargo transportation, logistics services, and monitoring of infrastructure facilities. This could also contribute to the development of passenger transport in the future. The Nebosvod system, developed by Aeroscript specialists, is the first domestic integrated platform that collects data on UAV flights. It coordinates this data with the authorities issuing permission to use the airspace and informs the user about the possibility of flight. The user receives the necessary meteorological, aeronautical and geospatial information. Nebosvod receives surveillance data from unmanned aircraft flights and verifies compliance with the agreed plan. Let us recall that in August 2022, the airspace control system was successfully tested in the Tula region. It is designed to improve the organization of unmanned air traffic. The system operates on the basis of the Nebosvod digital platform.

Another myth busted about Western 'exceptionalism', dominance, and irreplaceability, but this time in the global finance-insurance-shipping-service sectors.

Major revelations in this article:

Under the rules — conceived in June 2022 and enforced in December last year — countries outside the G7, such as India and China, could continue to buy Russian crude but would have to pay less than $60 a barrel if they wanted to use G7-registered ships, trading or insurance services to move the oil.

But while the EU embargo has been effective in choking off most supplies into the bloc, western officials have acknowledged that 12 months later almost none of the Russian crude flowing to new buyers is selling at under $60 a barrel.

Kyiv School of Economics, which has been studying evasion of the price cap, estimated that in October, 99 per cent of seaborne exports of Russian crude were sold at prices above $60 a barrel. Of those shipments, 71 per cent involved vessels and service providers outside of G7 countries, up from only 20 per cent in April 2022.

In next two years mass production of electronic auto components for vehicles will start. The important point is Auto industry is unlike Aviation or Semicon industry where serious progress need decades. the engines/transmission/brakes of heavier vehicles not the same as lighter vehicles.

“In 2024-2025, a phased transition to deep localization of auto electronics at the level of electronic components is planned. The process of getting new electronic components as part of electronic units onto automakers’ conveyors takes an average of two to three years,” Shpak said.

Thus, according to him, in the next two years Russia will begin serial import substitution of such components as printed circuit boards, navigation modules, resistors, as well as capacitors and connectors.

He recalled that one of the first systems on board that became Russian was ERA-GLONASS. In addition, the production of domestic ABS systems has been established, and the production of ESP systems will soon begin.

— In November, the modernized long-range aircraft Il-96-400 made its first flight. What does this mean for our aviation industry?
“This means that the Il-96 aircraft is getting a second life. A new look with an enlarged fuselage, modernized avionics and a number of other units, including the PS-90 engine with added power, which can be used primarily for cargo transportation, which is what the market is currently interested in. If we see continued keen interest in this car on the part of transport companies, then we will move further – towards remotorization. The most promising and competitive would be to install two engines instead of the current four, that is, one per wing.
Does the possible remotorization mean that in the future this aircraft can be used for passenger transportation?
- Yes, sure. But first we must choose the optimal solution for engine thrust: 26, 35 or 38 tons. Now the work of designers, engine builders and aviators is underway; after receiving the final appearance of the demonstrator in March, it will be clear in which direction to move. The engine must be suitable for both a transport vehicle, which has a payload capacity of 100 tons, and a wide-body, long-haul civil aircraft. In addition to the Il-96-400, we are conducting research work on a completely new wide-body long-range aircraft of the next generation, which should be created just beyond the horizon of 2030.
— Considering that we have the Il-96-400 and in the future another long-haul aircraft of a new generation, is the Russian Federation interested in continuing cooperation with the PRC on the long-haul airliner project?
— Yes, we are ready to continue working, but taking into account the circumstances, we are changing the configuration of interaction on this project. First of all, on contractual relations for the development of certain components for this aircraft, in which our eastern partners are interested.
We are now concentrating on developing components that are important for replacement in our medium-haul and short-haul aircraft. That is, for the modernized SJ-100, which, after completing the procedures for both its own certification and the PD-8 engine, will be supplied to airlines starting next year. The production load rate is maintained: in 2024 we should produce about twenty SJ-100s and six MC-21s. This aircraft (MS-21) must also complete the certification procedure in an updated appearance by the end of next year.

— Do we have enough competencies to create and produce high-speed trains for high-speed lines? Will we attract Chinese colleagues?
— Joint work with Russian Railways began in advance. In particular, it has been ongoing with the Sinara company on high-speed transport for several years. The competencies already acquired allow us to say that we must cope with this task. If something is missing, we will be able to take advantage of cooperative ties with our eastern partners.
— Will it be Sinara that will build the trains for the high-speed railway, or is the participation of Transmashholding also being discussed?
Since the HSR will not be limited to one Moscow-St. Petersburg line, it is possible that Transmashholding may subsequently be involved in the design of rolling stock.

In addition to the Il-96-400, we are conducting research work on a completely new wide-body long-range aircraft of the next generation, which should be created just beyond the horizon of 2030.
I certainly hope so. The Il-96 needs to be replaced with a new more modern aircraft after they sort out the production issues with the MC-21 and SJ-100. The Il-96 was based on the Il-86 airframe and is obsolete at this point. It is competing with much more modern A350 and 787 aircraft all made with composites.

We are now concentrating on developing components that are important for replacement in our medium-haul and short-haul aircraft. That is, for the modernized SJ-100, which, after completing the procedures for both its own certification and the PD-8 engine, will be supplied to airlines starting next year. This aircraft (MS-21) must also complete the certification procedure in an updated appearance by the end of next year.
This is way too optimistic. I expect the MC-21 to start deliveries before the SJ-100 and the Tu-214.

The PD-8 hasn't even started flying in the SJ-100, it is still being flown in the Il-76 test platform, so there is no way it will be delivered to customers and flying passengers in a year. I am not even sure if they already replaced all the other components in the SJ-100 in the flight test article. I have heard claims of this but I kind of doubt it.

Over the ten months of 2023, Russia exported goods valued at $51.4 billion to India, while India supplied Russia with products amounting to $3.3 billion. This surge has solidified Russia as India’s fourth-largest trading partner and second-most crucial supplier, following the United States. India’s trade with the United States decreased by nine percent to $99.9 billion during the same period.

India will have to ignore sanction on Iran for this to work.

Russia wants to topple dollar dominance, but it isn't even able to deliver oil to India with alternative currencies

Please, Log in or Register to view URLs content!

The problems with selling and collecting in Rupees is that it is not a convertible currency, we have tankers with Russian oil that should have unloaded their oil in Indian ports in November, are still waiting to see how they arrange payment. And another five million barrels that should have been sent this month and have been cancelled....

Rupees generally end up staying in India, Russians try to make transactions in yuans and dirhams, but Indians don't seem to like the idea very much... In Rubles, not even a joke

The Yuan isn't convertible either. Yet this isn't a problem for Russia because they can import things that they want from China with those Yuan.

There was a massive expansion of oil exports to India and the imports still haven't managed to keep up with that. Russia needs to figure out a way to get something out of India in return. It is as simple as that. Russia has basically zero unemployment right now, and are having difficulties getting workers. India on the contrary has a lot of unemployed people. So the solution is pretty simple. Use those rupees to pay Indian workers to make stuff that Russia wants.

There are people already discussing building ships for Russia in India. And they could do other things with those rupees as well. For example the exit of Western companies mean that a huge amount of new Russian software to replace Western software will need to be either modified or developed. They could use those rupees to pay Indian software developers. Russia could also buy automotive vehicle parts, or medicines, from India. Russia could also use Indian labor in construction projects in the Russian Federation like is done in the Gulf states.

I think the best way to use those rupees will be to make Russian businesses setup factories in India to produce goods for export to Russia. But for this to happen Russian businessmen, and the government of India and Russia need to cooperate together. And this won't happen in the short term.
