I have one. If you buy radio from AliExpress it's going to be mostly BaoFeng. Russia army uses it these days too.
BaoFeng have proper police grade encrypted digital handsets, buy those if you're going to war. Don't buy cheap civilian ones or else you'll get that situation in 2022 where Ukrainian and Russian can hear each other because they both bought the cheapest BaoFeng radio. Russians have since wisen up to this and are getting the better stuff now.
Which ones are the new encrypted one? I still have the old civilian variant. Also isn't encrypted radio technically illegal in North America?

I just discovered my motherboard defaulted to a PL1of 65w when it took 150w+ to fully feed my CPU. So my processor have been handicapped to less than 75% of its max speed for the last two years, including during my entire Black Myth Wukong playthrough. Why do modern motherboards do this?
Are you using an Intel CPU? Wasn't there a major controversy surrounding Intel throttling their CPU to prevent malfunction?
Yeah but it's a 12th gen. I thought the problem was with 13th gen (which my other computer got).
